Sometimes in summer if your eyes are bad you get special effects sky
Does your vision have a static/grainy effect like lots of small flickering dots? (Visual snow)
No, never
Only when it's completely or mostly dark
Yes, always, but it's mild and doesn't affect my ability to see

This Wasn't the One I Picked
I see myself in other dreams,
different lives
and different themes.
Epic loves
or stranger things,
and I wonder
if those lives are me
across this great divide,
somewhere in between.
Sometimes they're almost
the life I have,
just different enough.
But I'm always
a little happier there.
I wonder
if I traded places
with myself somehow.
Maybe another version of me
slipped through
to the other side
in 2012,
when the world
was supposed to end.
Or when
the Hadron Collider
rewrote our history
the day it turned on.
Or maybe
I simply slipped
when the meat in my head
decided it didn't know
how to process
its own senses
anymore.
Because I want
to go back
to before—
back to one of the timelines
I visit
in my dreams,
even the ones
that don't make sense.
Because I know
this one
doesn't feel right.
And maybe
I'm not the only one
who has felt this way,
but this wasn't
the one
I picked.
