Scout would be a half changling half earth pony, doesn’t realize he’s a changling till later on, has powers but can only use them for a limited amount of time, prefers not to use them tho, he can run a little less fast than rainbow dash but still pretty fast, his cutie mark would be his class emblem
Soldier is an earth pony too, he’s very proud of that, his cutie mark is a helmet, he lives in a cave in the everfree forest, would have beef with zecora of some sort, just always mad at each other
Pyro looks to be a unicorn with a broken horn but no one really knows what exactly they are. Their horn sparks fire, some think that they’re a very level headed kirin. Cutie mark is hidden by their suit. They just appeared in ponyville one day. The residents are scared of them sadly.
Heavy is a yak that lives in ponyville to send bits back to his family. His family lives closer to the crystal than yakyakistan for reasons unknown..mysterious cool reasons. He keeps to himself for the most part outside of pony battle.
Demo is a Pegasus who can’t use his wings. He’s also half blind and uses an eyepatch. He was blinded onefold as a filly by a cursed ancient book in the great wizard merasmus’ ancient castle one nightmare night…His cutie mark is an explosion!! He lovessss cider, even more than rainbow dash! Trust, they’ve had competitions.
Engineer is a humble earth pony, though it’s rumored he has quite the unsteady side…it’s said he cute off his own hoof just to replace it with a mechanical claw! He’s one of the few ponies that isn’t afraid of pyro. His cutie mark is a wrench and a bolt.
Sniper is a hippogriff raised by earth ponies, he doesn’t know that he can turn into a seapony. Really, he doesn’t know much about his species, and neither does anyone else. He kinda feels like a freak. But his friends make him feel less freaky!
Medic is a unicorn, he lives outside of ponyville after he was fired from ponyville clinic for his less than orthodox treatment plans… his cutiemark is a dove and a syringe! He’s one of heavy’s closest allies and they spend lots of time together! When he’s in town, you’d better lock up the gates to ponyville cemetery!
Spy is a changling that lives among the ponies of ponyville, leaving the hive because he saw himself better than chrysalis. He feeds on the love of his many suitors, though recently one mysterious unicorn(?) has caught his eyes, and stomach.
