Daeron was like a son to Gwayne—more his son than Viserys's; the way he addresses him and speaks with such pain in his words is truly moving.
I have a sinking feeling that this will be the last time we see Daeron and Gwayne sharing such a close bond. It was good while it lasted; both of them definitely shone this season. Their dynamic was the best among the Hightowers—and Team Green in general—and even if we don't see them together anymore, it was fantastic.

Every day, I count the days until I meet my baby… but instead of feeling only excitement, I am overwhelmed with fear.....😢
I am now 8 months pregnant, with only a month and a half left until my due date. I still need $850 to cover the cost of my delivery. It may not seem like a huge amount, but for me, it feels impossible to reach alone.....💔😭💔😭😞
I don't want luxury. I don't want anything extra. I just want to give birth safely and hold my baby knowing we made it through this...🍉🍉
If you can help, no matter how small the donation is, you will be giving my child a chance to enter this world safely..... 🥺🤱If you cannot donate, please reblog and share my story..... It could reach someone who can.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for reading, for caring, and for giving us hope...🤍

I need to get this out my chest to set the record straight about Helaena because I don’t like how some people on Threads are calling her a hypocrite because she called Rhaenyra ugly for wanting the throne and not calling out Aegon, Alicent, and Otto too.
First, how was she supposed to called out Aegon if he stopped talking to her after their son was killed? Otto literally never talked to Helaena in the show because he did not considered her important. Moreover, maybe she never called out Alicent for conspiring to get Aegon to the throne, but she called her out multiple times this season for trying to manipulate her.
In addition, let’s not forget she called out Aemond when he tried to force her to fly Sunfyre against Rhaenyra. She also helped Daemon stay loyal to Rhaenyra by showing him a vision of Rhaenyra in the Iron Throne at Harrenhal.
Up until this point Helaena has been nothing but kind to Rhaenyra considering her husband send a hitman to kill her son. She doesn’t even know that it wasn’t Rhaenyra who send the hitman.
I just don’t understand why people are mad at her for lashing out at Rhaenyra. Helaena and Alicent literally work together to make sure none of Rhaenyra’s dragons were taken down when they arrived at King’s Landing. In exchange, Rhaenyra has her as a prisoner and only allows her to spend limited time with her daughter per day. Helaena also knew at that point that her son was going to be taken away from her as soon as he was born because she dreamed it. She literally owes nothing to Rhaenyra at that point.
A mother's plea: Help us survive and protect my child who was born in war.
My name is Sahar. Like any young woman, I dreamed of a stable and happy life. I was engaged to Mohammad, and together, we dreamed of building a warm little home where we could start our life. We spent years preparing our house, but just before our wedding, everything was destroyed in an instant by the war.
I was faced with a choice: to leave Mohammad in the midst of this chaos or to stand by him and begin our journey together, no matter how difficult it might be. I chose him. We got married, not in the dream wedding I had envisioned, but under the harsh reality of war. Our new home became a fragile tent, offering neither comfort nor security.
After we got married, I received the news that I was pregnant with my daughter, and I live in constant fear for my unborn child. I am terrified of the world she will be born into—a world of poverty, hunger, and bitter cold. We have been displaced from our home more than nine times, carrying with us nothing but the burden of loss and the hope of survival. The house we dreamed of is now rubble, and the tent we live in barely protects us from the rain and cold. How will I protect my daughter? We struggle to find enough food. Basic necessities like milk, blankets, and clothing feel impossibly out of reach. The cost of survival has become unbearable. Every night, I am haunted by the thought: how can I bring her into this world, knowing I cannot keep her safe?
After a long pregnancy filled with pain and fear, after nights without sleep, I finally gave birth to my baby girl. She was born in the middle of bombing, surrounded by destruction and poverty—not in a warm room, not in a safe place. Her first cry mixed with the sound of explosions, as if she was announcing her arrival into a cruel world she never chose.
I gave birth to her with nothing but my heart. I cannot promise her anything. Poverty surrounds us from every side, and the cold reaches her tiny body before night even comes. My baby and I are suffering deeply, not because we ask for much, but because I am unable to provide her with the most basic needs: milk, warmth, and safety.
When I look into her eyes, I feel strength. When I look at my empty hands, I break down in tears. I am a mother trying to save her child from hunger and fear, in a world that has shown no mercy even to the dreams of children.😢🥹

really love the way that daeron is framed with ormund vs. gwayne height-wise bc it seems like daeron is relatively tall, especially in scenes where he's side-by-side with gwayne.
and then in almost every scene with ormund, even when they're both standing, he looks so small. it makes ormund seem physically imposing despite there not being that much of an actual significant height difference between them.
like it really translates how comfortable/equal he feels around gwayne in comparison.

when people are talking about the gods and how their neglect and general disregard for their children's wellbeing turns into abuse and ur goat apollo catches strays but you keep ur mouth shut because you know it's all true
I am raising funds for Yesmin, a 27 year old mother from Gaza and a victim of the ongoing genocide. Here are her own words:
Vetted by association I’m ayoosha-stuff friends
Hello friends, I am Yasmin from northern Gaza Strip. I am 27 years old, a mother of two children, Sila and Youssef, and I have been married for more than 7 years.
I was studying Journalism and Media at the University College, and I had both a home and a job. But because of the war, I lost my home, my work, and everything I owned.
My family’s house was also destroyed, and now we have nothing left except a worn-out tent whose torn walls cannot protect us from the heat of summer or the cold of winter.
My husband is injured. He was involved in a traffic accident while trying to get aid, and he is now disabled and unable to work.
My children have suffered from malnutrition due to the lack of food and proper nutrition.
That is why I am only asking for your help and support. I am here trying to save what is left of my children’s lives. They are between life and death.
Please, try to support us and donate whatever you can.
Hello my friends,My name is Bilal Ahmad.I am reaching out to you as a citizen of Gaza who is suffering from severe injuries and critical health conditions that threaten my life every day. I sustained a serious injury to my eye and urgently need another surgery to save me from the risk of permanent blindness.
In addition, I have a disability in my left hand. Most critically, I suffer from a severe abdominal injury that has greatly damaged my intestines, leaving them unable to function properly. My condition continues to worsen, and the danger to my life increases with each passing day.
Given the current situation in Gaza, it is no longer possible for me to receive the complex medical treatment I urgently need in a safe and complete manner. After God, my only hope is your support and kindness.
I humbly ask for your help. Please be the light of hope that allows me to reach Egypt and receive the medical treatment I desperately need in its hospitals so that I may recover and regain my health.
Please hear my voice and give me a chance to receive treatment and a humanitarian opportunity to pass through. Even a small donation can make a difference and help cover my medical care.
Thank you in advance for your generosity, compassion, and support. I am deeply grateful for any help you can provide.

thoughts on the finale aside, I think one thing I gleaned from the scene between aegon and larys was how they represent two different experiences of disability. Larys was born disabled - he never experienced life as an able-bodied man. He never had any choice but to survive as best he could in a disabled body. But Aegon's disability happened later in life - and that's the horror of it for him (or for any of us who once had mobility/declined/etc). He doesn't know how to survive like this. He talks of all the things he could do that are gone now, and he wants to die. And Larys can't truly understand that because his disability is all he has ever known; just as Aegon could never truly understand Larys' point of view because he spent all his life until now as able-bodied.
