3 things i accomplished
✰ dancing to bts for 17 minute!!! 💜🦄 it so difficult but from all year of knowing them i still have muscle memory of majority of dance! i jumpy around and giggles!
✰ making sure drink lot of water! woke up lippy chap :S so had like 3-4 cupp o’ 500mL and was on tracks wit it !!! so hydrates 💧
✰ i did my daily neccesities! i brush my pearly tooth, brush my lion mane becus it use to fight off all the bad nightmawrw, and i did my girlskincare so i can have super soft and clear skin! 🧺🧸
something i am proud of
✰ i proud myself 4 pushijg through my sadness n be able opick self back up. inam always dread exercise becos my ocd mess wit it, however to enjoy dancing wit nobody round nobody judge jus me and random bts dance is big step! 🪩 yesterday did walking, today was written plan to do arm workout and outdid arm workout for full body! i did really good feel really pohwed and twireds so try be happy bout my step forwards and celebrate my victories! 🏆
✰ i also has to b honest to my friend more. if i am honest snd they are a good friend they will understand and hear me out, even openins up too. I MADE MY VOICE HEARD. I DID IT! pats on my back simce ws so so sooo nervous about it.
