Blizzard sprays a special chemical that freezes on contact with the ground, creating a sheet of slippery ice. Anyone walking on the ice will slide around uncontrollably and stumble when stepping off the ice.
Cooldown: 1 minute
Ultimate: Ice Shards
This ability has 10 charges. Blizzard can use 1 charge to throw an ice shard that deals 65 damage on impact and explodes into a cloud of ice crystals, obstructing the target’s vision for 3 seconds.

Backstory
The daughter of a well-known chemist, and a skilled chemist herself, Blizzard once worked for the IMC on a special project to create a new kind of pilot— the frostbite pilot. These individuals could utilize a special chemical to create solid paths of ice, letting them reach higher places or creating slippery sheets to make enemies slide around. Blizzard helped pioneer this technology and soon became the first ever frostbite pilot. However, after learning of the IMC’s darker activities, she left them following an attack and was declared KIA. She later joined the Militia and is currently helping them develop the technology more and fight back against her former employers.
