I'm not exactly sure how to phrase this, but I hate how a lot of people generally ignore the fact that there's a difference between sexual attraction and sexual interest.
For example, I do feel like I experience sexual attraction. Mostly towards fictional characters, but there are also things I find attractive in people I see or meet in real life sometimes.
But the actual thought of having sex makes me so, SO extremely uncomfortable. And the idea that someone finds ME attractive is worse. Even a lot of phrases or tropes in media that're supposed to be "romantic" or "hot" put be off so thoroughly whenever I think about myself in those scenarios.
I guess that should count as me being sex-repulsed, sex-drained or caedsexual. But it doesn't really feel like those terms fit me, though. And while I know I don't necessarily NEED a label, I feel like a fraud in ace spaces. I've been calling myself an aspec pansexual in private, but I don't want to step on anybody's toes if I don't belong. I don't know :[
