Agent Anti-Venom Reporting For Duty

“I have to say, I was hoping to have this conversation with you while you were clothed, Flash Thompson. Get yourself decent and we’ll chat.”

“Me too.” He said as he had antivenom form his agent antivenom attire. “Not that I knew this conversation was going to happen.”

She had turned around almost instantly. “You don’t need to apologize,” Wanda reassured him while looking at the wall. “I’ve seen a man naked before. You just caught me off guard.”

“I mean I kind of showed you all of Victor’s secrets, I feel bad. Also I had assumed you had. Since y’know... Kids.”

“Oh, geez. That joke was more painful than seeing you naked.” Kate covered her eyes. “Did you have that one ready or something?”

“Yeah no. I should leave the one liners to spidey, huh? Never really was the witty one.” He said with an awkward laugh. “You can look now.” He said now fully clothed. 

Kate quickly glanced to the side. “…I was totally looking away,” she lied. She hadn’t meant to ogle. It had just caught her by surprise. “I needed to rinse off after training. It’s my luck I opened the occupied door. But, uh, don’t apologize? We’re both culpable here. Kinda.”

“I mean... Yeah sure, both our fault.” He said giving in and offering a soft smirk before anti-venom coated over the rest of his body and shape shifted into sweat pants and a hoodie. “So Ugh, I guess I should give you the room then, huh?”

Kamala squirmed slightly. “I’m old enough. I didn’t really expect to get powers.” She had hoped for them, though. Kamala had wished on every 11:11 she saw that one day she could be special. Her parents would tell her that she always had been, but this was different. This was almost being magical. “No playbook. Got it. That would be useful, huh? Like a little cheatsheet.” Maybe Kamala would make one once she got the hang of it. “My gut and I are still getting on the same page.”

“Right. Sorry, I didn’t mean to insinuate, I just... Well I guess I don’t got an excuse.” He replied trying to awkwardly laugh it off. “Would be, but life typically doesn’t give a shit most of the time. But hey, if that’s something you want to write more power to ya.”

“I feel like now is a good time to shimmy into another reply. Nice abs, though.”

He quickly covered his parts wit a towel. “Ugh, what?” He said before raising the towel to also cover his abs.

“You do things differently here.” Laynia was unabashed. “I’m not sure if the way you do them is wrong, but leaving the door unlocked is different.” 

“Well umm... I didn’t exactly leave it unlocked for company...” He said just standing their not sure what to do. Slightly panicked by the hot Russian lady.

“…And that’s a lot more of you than I ever wanted to see.” Jane averted her eyes. “Hi?”

“Shit!” He said as he stopped posing in front of the mirror and reflexively wrapped himself in his symbiote. “Hi, sorry. Guess it’s a Valkyrie right of passage.”

“The door was unlocked.” Wanda wasn’t looking at him. “That’s very bold.”

“Sorry Wanda!” Flash said turning around as he struggled to get dressed. “Guess being with the guardians, dying, then getting stuck in the Hyborian age didn’t do anything for my manners.”

“Right now, I’m seriously regretting my choice not to.”

“Me too. I hope you learned your lesson.” He replied embarrassed as he slid on his undershirt as anti-venom wrapped around him like pants. “Hope that didn’t scar your hawk eyes.”

“Every damn day. Don’t get me wrong. I love my family and I’m happy.  But if things were different? I can’t say I haven’t dreamt about it. Does that make me a bad person?”

“Not in my book. Can’t control what you dream about. Unless you’re one of those liquid dreamers but that’s not what we’re talking about. It’s normal to think about all the what ifs. Y’know what I mean?”
