When I asked Monomi, the pink and white rabbit said she was a “proxy” for Usami, the same way Monobear is a “proxy” for Monokuma. Even more importantly, Monokuma and Monomi’s rooms are locked, but Monomi can theoretically let us in. Perhaps those rooms contain clues as to the Masterminds behind all this.
