Soulmates is a term that can be used for couples, friends, familly and anyone you want. So if by that you mean that it confirms they want people to call them boyfriends, i’d say no. Yeah definitely
They are both growing, like they are still young but they start to get older and more ‘mature’ and are probably bored with the same old stuff they do. Maybe they want to change a lot of things but i think they are scared that their dedicated audience will not follow the change afterward (honestly the fans would still like anything they do so they don’t need to worry.)
I also hope they do because their content, even if cool and relaxing (just for dan that has boring stuff now, sorry, personal opinion here) they need to do more and to go out of their comfort zone or maybe if youtube isn’t their thing anymore (wich i don’t think it’s true) then stop it and start a new thing that they could really expend their skills and passion and stuff.
But the tour seems to be a closing point of their old branding, even if they still refer to it in it. (that doesnt mean a closing point into making youtube video of course)Maybe i’m wrong but that’s how i feel.

Well we all have anxiety it’s human but if you mean as a disorder then there is no way of knowing that just by how little we know about him. It’s possible but diagnosticing people we don’t know is really futile.

I’m not an expert into what is queerbaiting, i know what it is and from what i can see, to me, it’s when people deliberatly and firmly act and make themselves appear queer (when they are not) to a queer audience but with a good degree of ambiguity that make homophobes and non queer people still believe that it doesn’t mean anything queer so they can take the interest from queer while still having the ones that don’t like it.
So are dan and phil queer ? i think they are. Do they deliberalty act and make themselves appear queer ? No, i don’t think so. But they definitly use the belief of their audience that they are together to their advantage. Is it queerbaiting ? i don’t know but i think it’s not.
They are very aware that people ship them and purposely do not address it in a explicit manner while making small jokes/reference to it. Is it queerbaiting ?
I think it is definitly on how you see them. They are not bad people and i don’t think they would try hard to look ambiguously queer just to have a queer audience, in fact, they don’t even need to do that, lgbt people are already in a good majority in their audience and they already see what they want to see without dan and phil purposly doing it. But they do need to not deny “phan” now because if they do they will lose a lot of fans.
