Apology.

I am writing this post to formally apologize for the ableist wording of a post that went out a few days ago. I had referred to CDD disordered symptoms as 'sickness' and was informed this was ableist terminology. I have since corrected the post but I am sorry for any harm this caused. I was not aware of this being ableist at the time of writing it but of course, intention does not equal action.

yes, i think over-focusing on and emphasizing internal headmate relationships harms external relationships and the potential for them. just sort of inherently, we all have limited amounts of time and energy and resources and if you pour all of your time and resources into people that exist in the same body and mind you are going to end up damaging your relationships with other people who exist bodily in the world with you, yeah.
