I have a double tendonitis on the left elbow since earlier last year . It had reached a level where i couldnt lift a mug, grab things or ties shoelaces without it hurting. I had made a lot of improvement recovery wise thanks to physical therapy by january 2026 , a few lingering pain aside i was back to normal
But by march i noticed it was re worsening. Issues with heavy loads , pain when using shears or staplers, a dangerous tendency to lose grip and drop things. And most noticeably lately pain when there's an AC on ( idk if humidity problem or cold problem ) or during stotms
These past 2 weeks, bruises have started to form on my arm in spots i dont even remember hitting, but also some bruises are at spots where tendons insertions are...... which IS scaring me quite a bit. I do bonk myself a lot so it might be me thinking its not gonna bruise but it does. ... but its also in the areas i feel things growing tense when i force a bit at work.
So yeah.... health scare but nothing vital
And to add to my stress, my physical therapist recommended me to go check at the surgeon next door for advices.......

The map maker had taken on a scouting request, investing a newly found cave not so far from the city of Justice. These missions were all too common, mostly to prevent accidents ranging from children disapearing to monsters settling in. What she hadn't expected was Clorinde to offer to accompany her. She had figured her duelist friend had duties elsewhere. Though she wouldn't refuse the presence of an expert fighter in unknown territory.
The women's progress was slow but steady, careful in their exploration, rushing in because it looked safe was only asking for an accident to occur. And for some reasons, Elyon was certain something will occur, muttering her discomfort mostly to herself, only to get a reply from her partner.
Elyon looked at Clorinde with surprise at first, many were those who dismissed such discomfort as ' childish fears', few tended to remember the youg map maker was also an authority in scouting. So it was odd for Elyon to know something was wrong but not seeing what. " Thanks." the cartographer replied to the words of affirmation with a grateful nod.
The cave was not too small, nor too large, the entrance had been large enough for an adult to fit in without much troubles. the cave itself seemed to be a single chamber, the air was breathable, no poison picked by her skill. Glowing moss illuminated the cave in patches here and there, a small stream coursing the cave. At a glance everything was normal. But the feeling wouldn't just vanish.
" Usually caves.... like these have.... more life to them. " Elyon explained to her friend. The absence of any plants outside of the moss or monsters felt unnatural when the chamber was not even 10 minutes away from outside. " Reasons being.... monsters ...poisons... or humans." Elyon continued her thinking aloud, she knew if there was poison it wouldn't be in the air, it was one of the first thing she had scouted.
" i ...want to look...into it more....what about you ? " Elyon inquired, her focus now on the other, head tilted sideway as she curiously awaited the other's reply.
