But his pacing around made things incredibly worse for her nerves, the sound of his footsteps and the steel pipe dragging on the floor only revived the fresh memories of her defeat, like ghosts whailing at her skulls. She had noticed his entertainment at the way her gaze never left him, not knowing when he would strike, but she had grown used to it. She could verily track him by sound without having to face him.

And so the thief dared to look elsewhere, ocean hues taking in her surrounding, the building rather than the grunts. If she were to try something it would be when these guys were away so she might as well ignore them for now.

The sharp noise of Kongo's pipe scratching differently on the cement got the thief to flinch but she was too slow in reaction, again. A hand grabbed onto her jaw from underneath her chin, with a grip painful enough to make her wince and gasp. Forcing her head to turn around the blurr from the sudden motion made the girl lightly dizzy, closing her eyes to sooth the dull headache. Her whole body grew tense as the other's nails dug onto her skin. Opening her eyes to face her nightmare and captor Kongo, unable to so much breath from the distress he caused her. His sneer sending a frightened cold shiver down her spine as the realisation his hand was far too close from her throat, something she could not allow.

Quiet tried her best not to raise too many eyebrows while Yukiko pulled her further in Kitsunebi's territory. She didn't knew what got to the other, Quiet wasn't even injured nor did she actually cause any troubles.

She stopped when her mind finally pinpointed what happened, Sora had went off in his rampage last night. Even to someone as used to it as her, it had looked pretty nasty, so if Yukiko had heard of it her concern would be justified. Breaking her usual oath to not speak, so as to not reveal her gender, the blonde inhaled before explaining things softly.

" If it's about last night.... Sora did go off ... but these guys, nobody will miss them, and given what they were planning it's good they're out of the picture." Quiet whispered softly. " He made sure i was safe and unharmed through all the fight." Well only for the part before he snapped but once he was too deep in, they sure didn't care about her presence.

Quiet was the one who had sent Sora after them, these guys had been too rough, agitating all the other groups and lone wolves around, even setting their eyes on some kids vaguely related to Furin, middle schoolers or something. And it didn't take a genius this implied a heavy return of Furin's patrols to destroy that group and subsequent tensions to reclaim territory or power when this bunch of idiots were gone.

Sora was already established as a threat, there was low risks of attempted revenge or territory take over. She was sure everybody had reached the wronged conclusion that this area was now his. Sora never cared about his territories.

After action patch up

Quiet had simply intended to move locations after a fight when Kaji interrupted her. The thief instantly rose her hands innocently, no good person were robbed so she didn't get why he would stop her, unless he was now assuming she did something by default. She felt something crawl down her left forearm, ocean hues beholding the thin line of red trailing down her slender wrist and vanishing under her sleeve.

Only now realising her right hand was stinging far more than what post battle pain usually felt like. The steel pipe she had used did have some roughened edges, it probably caused a few cuts. kaji silently grabbed onto her uninjured left arm and pulled her along without much of an explaination before sitting her down on a nearby bench, away from possible onlookers.

This time the older blonde took carefully her injured arm, turning Elyon's palm upward, a few cuts revealing themselves and a deeper bleeding gash running across half her blood stained palm.

Elyon giggled at Kaji's comment, trying to reassure her boyfriend on her mental state rather than the physical part, couldn't deny the injury he had noticed first.
