Repeat post because if that ship tournament poll has taught us anything it's that there's still a lot of Elsanna shippers on tumblr.

Frozen (1) Sisters’ theme (We Were So Close)

Hey all, as you all know, there is a beautiful musical theme in Frozen 2 called Sisters that plays 4 times, whenever Elsa and Anna are having a heart to heart talk.

So I now present to you, the Sisters’ theme (equivalent) from Frozen (2013)! You can call it We Were So Close too, that’s the heart-achingly-beautiful track (22) that plays before FTFTIF reprise. 

We hear it 3 times, first when Anna sees Elsa in the ice palace. This is the longest piece of music out of the 3.

Next, we hear it, when Anna hears the sword being unsheathed and she sees Elsa about to be assassinated. And Anna makes the ultimate sacrifice…

(Note, these 6 notes coincidentally happen to be part of the melody of the verse of Wishing You Were Somehow Here Again from Phantom of the Opera)

And lastly we hear it as Elsa and Anna hug again post-Great thaw.
