I do forget some things. I can think of times when I've been playing pokemon and have been managing a ton of information very rapidly, and failed to account for something like Psychic Terrain. It's not like I forgot the terrain was up, or what the terrain does. My brain was attempting to hold all the possible plays I could make and all the possible plays my opponent could make, and to calc damage and account for RNG, and that's thousands of outcomes to account for during a 30 second move timer, so information got lost in the shuffle. So I feel empathy for people who continually miss appointments with me, because I know it happens. Information gets lost. I understand. I just hate being the thing that gets lost. Why is it me? Why am I the Psychic Terrain?

I can frequently recall entire passages of books, word for word. Long numerical codes. Not all the time, but a lot. And I've noticed that people chronically misremember things I've said, to the extent that, in high school, I started carrying a little cassette tape recorder to secretly record conversations.

But you know. People get really mad when you record them without their consent. And then most people WON'T consent. And sometimes I think people "forget" things on purpose, or because they chose not to prioritize me, or the truth.
