Blue Angel

Had she not needed to snag Mae’s spare key, her steps wouldn’t even have faltered and she would have strolled through the front door like it was her own home.  There was only a slight pause in her stride.  Just long enough for her to nab the key from its hiding spot, unlock the door and replace the key.  No sooner than she was in her friend’s home, was she flopped onto the couch, back resting on the other’s lap to look up at Mae.  “’m here.”

                   【Ｍ】 ae couldn’t help but jump when she heard Nikki            flop down on her couch and make herself feel at home. Some ninja she was.           She didn’t even realize that the girl had walked in. Nikki was the O N L Y           one who could step five feet within her personal bubble before Mae           realized she was even there. Other people could barely step ten feet from her                    house before she was on their ass.

                        ❝ You could knock y-y-you know!❞  

          She pouted at the other as she walked into the other room where Nikki sat.            Despite the other barging into her house, she was glad to see her. She was            freaking out about this whole night and just wanted to get it over with already.            Hopefully it meets her standards, since she had no idea how to do this anyway.

                   ❝ Since you’re already in m-my living room,                    we could start with a movie? I don’t really                                         know how this works....❞  

                  【Ｍ】 ae could have sworn that she heard something                  R U S T I N G  around the forest as she walked by. It was                 probably just some rabbit or bird or something, so there was nothing                 to worry about anyway. She just wanted to get the mission over with                               so she could go home and get some rest for once.

                  【Ｍ】 ae was about to take his offer and let him leave.                That’s what she WANTED, wasn’t it? Men frustrated her to no ends                anyway so there was no need for interaction. Yet, for some odd                reason she didn’t want him to leave, per say. He seemed like quite                a company and she rarely had anyone around much more than a               mission or two out in the field.

                               Regardless, he was free to do whatever he wanted.                                 She merely S H R U G G E D  in response.

Nikki stopped her assault on her friend’s face.  Instead, she pawed at her leg and pushed her nose into the girl’s palm.  Yes, acting like a pup was very undignified for an alpha, but then again, Mae didn’t know it was her, so why not?

                   【Ｍ】 ae couldn’t help but giggle at the animal. For such             a supposedly F I E R C E  looking wolf, it was acting just like a dog             that a kid would want for Christmas. It nuzzled its nose into the palm of             her hand as if just begging to be petted. Glad to comply, Mae bent down             and grabbed both sides of its face with her hands and began to ruffle                                up its fur. Then she kissed its wet nose with a smile. 

                        ❝ Aren’t you the sweetest thing? 

                      If you weren’t such a big puppy I would love to 

                                 take you home with me.!❞
