I got to missing Vy so badly, I remade her as a norn in GW2 and honestly it kind of rocks?? There’s nothing in any game today that really compares to her old Stalker class in Wildstar, but a holosmith in GW2 lends itself to more of that techie-cyberpunk aesthetic I associate so much with her. Plus it means that Vy now has bombs, which I’m sure she considers a fantastic improvement

Forgot I had these!! Did a bio for Izaru a while back and was trying to drum up extra art for it, but the poses in both of these came out a bit weak. My contribution to retromissile’s massive and beautiful Wildstar collab, featuring my treasure-hunting, privateer-turned-mercenary greedybutt Vyzura. Originally I was gonna stick Ziko in this, as she’s kinda taken over as my favored main these days…but Vy was the first character I ever wound up RPing in an MMO, so I thought she was owed the spotlight. <3 Starting to get super attached to her again, just in time for the game’s end ofc, end me. Gonna miss this neon lizard.

As long as I've played Vy, I've always envisioned her plot being some kind of mutated jungle, the spawn of an unknown science project carried out by the previous plot owner and left to stew after their definitely-not-carnivorous-plant-related demise. Somewhere in the mess she carved out a research station and hoarding holding facility, while living quarters for her archaeological crew, a lab and even a mini med station were constructed in the canopy. It's gone through several iterations and I never really had any hard plans to “finish” it, but it was fun to pick at every now and again. Really it's just an excuse to throw down all the pretty/creepy plant décor lol
These shots are all from the exterior ground level that I consider reasonably finished, just for posterity's sake I guess. I wanted it to feel kind of suffocating and alien but it always just looks sloppy to me haha. I'll get the interior/canopy shots up sometime in the next few days, probably. Who knows! Maybe I will be seized by the holy housing spirit and actually try to finish this thing, how frightening

Awww hey thanks!! This was really sweet of you to say <3 sdfsdf I actually tried to leave a similar comment on your own post about Wildstar’s ending when I first saw it, but I chickened out because it felt like it was coming off as too corny haHA. Suffice to say, I also adored Perseus, and all his unique little internal conflicts; you write so wonderfully. I definitely would love to rp with you again someday, if the opportunity ever arises :)
