This is just something to test my abilities. Seeing if I can get you to relax and enter a state of hypnosis and make you feel good.
Start by taking deep breaths. Evenly controlled, evenly deep each and every time. Take a deep breath in for 3……2……1…. and slowly let it out for 3….2….1….
Deep breath in again, focusing on it and relaxing as you now let it out slowly. Taking deep breaths from now on as I lead you into trance. Breathing deep to go under and going under letting you breath deeper.
Breathing deep once more for 3….2….1…. and slowly letting out as you relax 5….4….3….2….1….
Relaxing more with each breath, relaxing as you begin to feel your feet become heavy with relaxation. Going from your feet and into your calves and thigh, slowly creeping up your legs from your feet to your thighs as you relax more and more. Creeping up from your thighs up your hips and stomach, your body relaxing as you take in a very deep breath and letting it go. Now feel the relaxing sensation from your stomack to your chest and shoulders and arm. Creeping up your neck and jaw, relaxing deeply now as your jaw rests open slightly. Finally letting your entire body slump and completely relax with your next breath.
As I count from 5 to 0, you will fall deeper and deeper into a trance of relaxation and hypnosis.
4… letting your body relax and comply
3…. feeling your mind and body totally relax
2… utterly relaxed with your next deep breath
1… falling ten times deeper on the last number
0… completely in trance as you focus solely on these words and your breaths
Following my words as you relax and remain in a trance. Letting your mind wander away into space as you fall deeper and deeper the further away your mind drifts away. Counting from five to zero to drop even further.
5…. your mind floating away
4…. floating away and dropping deeper
3… each breath causing you to float further and drop deeper
2… dropping and floating
1… becoming deeply hypnotized
0… completely relaxed and hypnotized
Following and focusing. The more you focus the more you follow and the more you follow the more you want to focus. Relaxing more and breathing deep. Breathing deeper to relax even further. Your mind driving even further, jaw open slightly, thoughts becoming blank. Blank thoughts to be relaxed, relaxed to have blank thoughts.
Now I’m gonna bring you out of trance. Counting front ten to zero to bring you back relaxed and refreshed.
10… letting your mind fill with thoughts once more
9… mind stop drifting and returning to you
8… coming up from trance slowly
7… your mind and thoughts returning
6… rising up from trance
5… slowly waking up as you return from trance
4… coming out feeling refreshed
3… feeling the same as before you went into trance
2… feeling refreshed and restarted
1… almost completely awake
0… fully awake and refreshed and as if before the trance
