Tobias scoffed, “As if.” He teased and slapped her with the dish towel he was holding lightly, “Hey it wasn’t me. Why would I ask where the dishes came from if it was me?”

“their still your friends last time i checked!” she grinned widely, she arched a brow at the other when the towel hit her leg. “you know by doing that all peace treaties are dissolved and your fair game.” she teased the other. “you think you can handle more than one of me?” 

Tobias gasped, “Andy Simmons, are you flirting with me?” He asked with a teasing smirk as he moved to help with the dishes, “How did we end up with so many dishes? I could have sworn we did them yesterday.”

Andy slapped a look of confusion onto her face. “Of course not, i’m the mother Mary! You wouldn’t catch me dead doing something like that.” she pouted playfully at the other. “Someone decided to have friends over and let them leave without cleaning up.” she poked the other gently. “Not impressed Monroe.” 

“Did I say I had trouble being trapped with you? I just don’t like being trapped, the company was great.”

“Unfortunately so.” Andy grumbled as she crossed her arms over her chest. “If we’re going to be stuck together at least you can be helpful.” She waved her hand towards to pile of dishes on the sink. “What can i say, i love a man in the kitchen.”

“I don’t think I’ve ever been so happy to be out in the cold,” Tobias said, “I mean I’m not claustrophobic but I was starting to freak out being trapped inside.”

“Now thats just rude.” Andy pouted at the other as she crossed her arms over her chest. “Who wouldn’t love being trapped in a house with me.” she grinned widely at the other before shrugging her shoulders. “You wound me with your words.” 

“Hey, I’ve been practicing,” Toby protested, “If you want free food, you can have free food but you’ll have to win first,” He paused and followed her gaze out the window, “I don’t know. The TV said it would last through the night. It could be a while.”

“I doubt it.” she grinned widely at the other. “Besides all the practice in the world wouldn’t help you beat the champion.” she teased before turning back to look at the other. “At least we are stuck at home and not somewhere silly and uncomfortable.” she shrugged her shoulders before taking a seat on the lounge, her legs folded comfortably underneath her. “I’d hate to be caught downtown in this weather.”

“Okay but hear me out,” Toby said with a grin, “Snowstorm Wii Sport tournament. All the sports, all the games. It should take us through the storm right?”

“I don’t think you’ll be able to keep up.” she mused before moving to turn the wii on. “What does the winner get? It has to be free food right.” she chuckled lightly at the other as she glanced outside a nearby window. “It shouldn’t last too long anyways, well just long enough for you to go get me my prize.”

“Rude. Maybe I should find company elsewhere,” Casper shot back, placing a hand to his chest and acting wounded. Then he chuckled, “Yes. I actually quite like Pulp Fiction.”

“You could, but i doubt you’d be able to pull yourself away.” she grinned widely at the other as she placed her palm against the others heart. “Do you want my personal opinion?” she mused as she winked at the other playfully. “I think you’ll make a full recovery.” she elbowed him gently before making her way towards the tv. “Do be a gentlemen and grab me a blanket.”

“She probably has better things to do that hang out with her lame older brother,” Casper teased, “We have a wide selection, the choice is yours.”

“Well that’s fair, I can see the appeal of hanging out with other people.” she teased the other before cocking an eyebrow in his direction. “So i could put on the pulp fiction, and you wouldn’t blink an eye?” Andy grinned widely at the other.

“Hey neighbor,” Casper said with a smile, “My sister has just bailed on me, fancy a movie night?”

Andy returned the smile before cocking her head to the side. “Did she just?” she let a small laugh out as she thought about her options. “I guess it all depends on what movies you’ll be showing.”

“Is there a reason you dragged me here?” Chase grumbled unappreciatively. “The only shopping I do is in places like Milan or Paris. I don’t need any of these tacky hand-made ornaments.”

“Well believe it or not Chase.” she paused as she ran a finger along the items on the table. “Not everything is about you, and you should treat the people in your life with presents at Christmas.” she turned a small smile appearing on her lips. “It doesn’t have to cost an arm and a leg to mean something to the people who care about you.” 

“Okay but I swear it wasn’t me– it totally broke on its own,” Charles insisted after being caught practically red-handed. He hadn’t turned invisible quick enough to avoid questioning. 

Andy raised an eyebrow at the other. “I call bullshit.” she chuckled softly as she took the broken item out of the others hand. “If you’re going to pretend you didn’t break something next time try to sound a little more confident.”

“Were you dropped as a child? That’s the most idiotic thing I’ve ever heard.”

“Thats quite rude don’t you think?” Andy turned to look at Avery. “Just because they’ve pissed you off doesn’t mean you can go around saying such things.” Andy rubbed the bridge of her nose as she looked at the other. “I don’t even stoop that low when i’m mad.” 

“I take that as a compliment,” Chase shrugged. “Scared? Nah,” he shook his head. He had never been one to fall for those tales. Mainly because nobody had ever really been around to tell them to him. Chase never had the bedtime story type of childhood. “Never believed in those either. But knowing me, if someone told me I had monsters under my bed I’d just try and pay them off,” he added with a chuckle. 

Andy raised an eyebrow at the other as she listened to him talk for a moment. “Money can’t solve every issue you have Chase.” she paused for a moment as she bit the inside of her cheek. “If it did why aren’t you out there right now trying to pay Malum off?” she tilted her head to the side a small sigh leaving her lips. “You know the whole world’s not against you right?”

“Candles? That shit is a fire hazard around all this flying stray fur,” he grumbled. “Scared? But they could just close their eyes and sleep and not be scared and noisy,” Chase insisted, rolling his eyes.

A scoff fell from her lips at his comment. “Sometimes you’re the most painful person in the world.” she raised an eyebrow at the brunette before shaking the though away. “Have you never been scared of anything in your life? or are you to macho?” she shoved him gently “Were you never scared of the monsters underneath your bed?” 

“Animals are great and all but being cooped up with them and having to endure the stench in the dark? Not a fan,” Chase replied, crinkling his nose is discomfort. “They also could stop being so noisy. It’s dark, they should sleep– no?”

Andy rolled her eyes at the other as he complained about the stench. “You know, they have candles right?” she raised an eyebrow at the other. “So you know not the complete dark is a step in the right direction.” she joked lightly before pouting at his next comment. “They’re scared Chase, they know about as much as we do with whats happening.”
