The ancient Greek history is an interesting look at a beautiful era of human development, art,medical and architecture. The premature civilizations in ancient Greece were in two separate areas.
The cuture on Crete was called the Minoan culture.Even though the people from Crete were not Greek, they had an essential impact on ancient Greek cuture .Crete was a stronge empire, and Greeks on the mainland gathered much of their culture and wealth, like art and cultivation. The ancient civilization based on the mainland is called the Mycenaean civilization. The people on the Greek mainland start settling there around 2000( BCE). Because the landscape of Greece is made up of tiny valleys, many independent communit off people developed, rather than one unified state.
