"Dear all, I am sad to inform you that my family was displaced for the forth time again 7 days ago. The Israeli planes bombed a house that was very close to them and the house they were inside is no longer suitable for staying. The house windows and doors are totally destroyed regard the strong air strike occurred near. Below I share a photo for my little niece Hayat (her name means life!) where she appears injured.. It shouldnāt be too much bloody to grape your attention or to wake your hearts as humans! While my little niece Hayatās name means (Life or Survival), and she is only 2 years old she could lose her life! Although she is just an innocent baby, 7 days ago at 3 am she had to wake up terrified and panicked screaming after a very big explosion occurred near. She got this small injury in her head since the bombing -that is by Israel- was close to the house they were displaced to before. Imagine what happens to those babies under rubble! I canāt imagine how would babies and kids look like when they are inside the house that was bombed! Life in Gaza is getting more dangerous and no safe place at all! Eman's family is currently in danger!
Two weeks ago, the area to which Eman's family was displaced was bombed. As the war in Sudan rages, there is no where in the country they can go where they are safe. Eman's family has already lost their home, which was bombed while they were inside, martyring Eman's brother.
Due to the instability of Sudan's currency, the amount raised from this campaign so far is not nearly enough for them to leave Sudan. We have to raise more funds, and quickly.

I thought I understood the situation on the ground. But I didnāt. Nothing can truly prepare you for this dystopia. What reaches the rest of the world is a fraction of what Iāve seen so far, which is only a fraction of this horrorās totality. Gaza is hell. It is an inferno teeming with innocents gasping for air. But even the air here is scorched. Every breath scratches and sticks to the throat and lungs. What was once vibrant, colorful, full of beauty, potential and hope against all odds, is draped in gray-colored misery and grime.
But how does one reckon with losing your entire family, watching and smelling their bodies disintegrate around you in the rubble, as you wait for rescue or death? How does one reckon with total erasure of your existence in the world ā your home, family, friends, health, whole neighborhood and country? No photos of your family, wedding, children, parents left; even the graves of your loved ones and ancestors bulldozed. All this while the most powerful forces and voices vilify and blame you for your wretched fate. Genocide isnāt just mass murder. It is intentional erasure. Of histories. Of memories, books and culture. Erasure of potential in a land. Erasure of hope in and for a place.

The largest single slice of the public ā40% ā is not sure how well Biden is handling the issue. While these views are broadly similar to what we found in a December 2023 Pew Research Center survey, opinion among those under 30 has shifted. In the February survey, 36% of those ages 18 to 29 say Biden is favoring Israel too much, up from 27% just a few months ago. (Explore this further in Chapter 2.) American Jews stand out for the relatively high share who say Biden is striking the right balance (45%). Only around a quarter or fewer in most other religious groups say the same, including just 6% of U.S. Muslims. Muslims are among the U.S. religious groups that are most inclined to say Biden favors the Israelis too much (60%). Among other religious and nonreligious groups, atheists (52%) and agnostics (43%) are especially likely to express this view.
Many Americans are also disengaged: Relatively few (22%) say they are closely following news about the war, and half can correctly report that more Palestinians than Israelis have died since the warās start. On many questions about the war, sizable numbers express no opinion.
