Bilbo is easy and sweet with his praise, and Thorin, to his own surprise, has never blushed so much in his life. The hobbit is always kissing his cheek or feeding him from his fork, or running his fingers through his hair or beard.
"You're sweeter than apple pie, you know that?"
"That was very clever of you, dear"
"Well aren't you handsome?"
"Oh! I almost forget how...strong you can be...hm. Strong and. Large. Yes. It's quite attractive, I must say."
"You're more lovely than all the morning glories in arda, my love, everyone at this feast shall be viciously envious of me and I shall not feel one wit of guilt about it. Don't laugh, I'm serious."
"Don't look at me like that, you know I can't resist those eyes of yours."
"You look ravishing, is what you look like."
"Good morning, my thorny rose."
His friends, of course, tease him endlessly. Dwalin is particularly fond of batting his eyes at him and mimicing Bilbo's accent with an "oh thorin, you're such a wee delicate petal".
It might've rankled him, once upon a time, before the honey of Bilbo's love had sweetened his disposition. But as it stands, he only shrugs, content, and looks forward to the next moment he can spend in his beloved's company.
