YOGA TRATAK OBSERVATION
In the science of Yoga we observe the color black. As the concentration on black develops, you will feel that you are starting at a lamp. We then work in the light of the lamp. This lamp in black technique follows from making the mind steady, like a lamp in a windless place. You should practice meditation with your eyes closed and make it black inside till you can see a lamp.
MARTIAL ARTS VOID EXERCISE
In this exercise we imagine a black colored opponent. We then spar with the opponent and hit the imaginary opponent in exercise. You should be able to kill the opponent with your blows and techniques. By this exercise you awaken to the enemies in the void that are then easily defeated.
TANTRA AWARENESS EXERCISE
In this exercise we sit comfortably with eyes closed in meditation posture. We then remember all the sexual contacts of the past while making it black within. The meditation is done chanting the Mantra 'AUM ADI.' When all the sexual contact points become black the meditation is complete. We will then see an infinite black expanse. You can meditate for any period of time you like.
DHARMAYUDDHA
The state to reverse the direction of consciousness is the application of the Mantra. The attention moves from the physical plane to the astral plane and from form to void. For this it takes a Guru who has transcended the world as we see it. The Mantra is the lifeline that connects life as we know it and Nirvana. Let us all distribute the Mantras and save the self from the illusory world by Mantra Consciousness at all times.
