Amukruk 2.0!

His name is Halapouh and he is kind of a villian in my future comic. I mean he has a point - wizards purposefully dumb the humans down to prevent any significant industrial progress, that's disrespectful at best! Halapouh himsel used to be a winter wizard. A quiet woodsman with big ideas of reforming the society around him but with no means to bring them to life. Until he found the mentioned means and got carried away. A lot (゜゜;)

Halapouh (love this name sm! it's secretly even more stupid xd) found something deep in the forest and it slowly changed him and his body. From an uninteresting woodsman he became a beloved leader of his village. He got very close to achieving his plans, when his mysterious powers from the forest started to get out of control. Who knew that this stuff will get a will of it's own?..

Yep! He got the powers from a little Parasite. And it was glad to share in exchange for a modest fee of fulfilling its itty-bitty wishes! (it manifested as a sudden urge to eat a specific thing or react in a certain way) It was rather presumptious of Halapouh to assume that everything would stay that way... Right now he has two full on personalities playing mind chess for control of the body. Guess who is winning?

Gradually, Halapouh is loosing the battle inside his head and well, now he is horrifyingly massive (Clarson right here considers himself to be a big guy), impulsive and pretty sadistic. Dangerous combo! And he doesn't even realise that things are going off the rails - village believes he's a deity at this point so there's no one to say the obvious (unill Clarson and inspector arrive there, of course ^^).

At least you can say it was worth it - not only Parasite gave him much needed confidence, he also granted Halapouh ability to see speech and thought bubbles and interact with them. Endless possibilities if you're creative!
