Modern AU where both Valarr and Aerion have bikes, but in a completely different way.
Valarr is a good driver, who only drives with full gear on and salutes the other bikers as well, only make you drive with him when you have full gear too (that he probably pays without a second thought once you are together, taking you shopping). He buys a helmet intercom (? Not sure about the word) so that you can easily talk but still mark down some gestures you two have so that you can drive safer. Probably does a few jokes moving the bike in a weird way when he notices you losing attention/just bc it's cute the way you hold him stronger, Valarr just laughs when you are screaming at him during those times lol "I would never let you fall baby, don't worry"
Aerion on the other hand... If it weren't for law, you bet everything that he would not wear a helmet. But he does wear ones with a dragon print 100% even if they are god awful, he does not care. For the rest of the gear...... He wears it, sometimes, but it's probably all aesthetically matched with the vibe of a dragon and the bike. That probably has a name (rightfully so). Aerion buys you gear too so you can finally ride together, and also explains some of the basics to you. But then good luck. He's going with no regard if it's your first time or 100th time on the bike, he drives as he likes. Will not listen to your screaming or pleading, you better catch up to how he drives soon! Definitely has fucked you on his bike before and won't be the last.
