i am tired today. my schedule this month and especially this week is all out of whack and i'm working a lot of days in a row without a proper break. and i have a lot of tasks to do outside of work hours that i feel like i have no time to work on. i know its the fucked up sleep cuz i just worked 3 overnight shifts in a row that's giving me a bad brain. so i guess the fact that i know where it's coming from is reassuring but i still feel so bleh. i tried to go outside and do stuff but i just came home more tired. and i got an annoying message from work thats kinda triggering like i'm not doing enough which i know was not the intention but you never want to get a message about what you could have done better. i think i'm just tired and have been living in a weird reality these past few days with the weird shifts and i need a break but there never is one in this job. sigh.. i think i just need to take the rest of the night for self care and lay in bed and ignore everything and maybe read a fanfic or watch a show to try and distract my brain from the current way its making me feel
