New Steelshade OC, the map maker Steel Master Comi!
She would be the cartographer of the game and is actually a steel master. She deals with scouting areas outside the city for resources and expansion. You’d find her mapping areas because they are “marked for demolition”, but as the game goes on and the more you encounter her she realizes the beauty outside of the city and how horrible destroying it would be. After collecting all her maps she’ll want to fight you as a way to prove you’re able to fight the city and to take herself out. You spare her and tell her to help with resisting the city
