Before the Age of Anarchy he was seen as a freak, as basically all pordigies were so his parents abandoned him, even if his power was apparently harmless. After the Age of Anarchy, feels that the cnditions for prodigies didn't actually improve that much thanks to the renegades, since the only ones accepted are the ones with powers that could benefit the Council, rather than being accepted by who they are, so despises the Council and Renegades is general. Had a proper motivation in the beggining, is kinda crazy rn. Tired of how prodigies with "worst" habilities are treated
also uses his power to, for example, stop bleadings in wounds by covering turning the blood into flowers- kind of like ruby's crystals.
the more water a substance has, the easier and the most flowers he can grow. pure water is obviously the easiest, blood is also pretty easy but if it was like oil or smt like that it would be really hard
his tears ALWAYS turn into flowers, its the one he cant control. hasnt cried in years tho

technically, in his chocking tecnic, making few big flowers would work as good as a million tiny ones, and would be easier, but hes kind of a show off
the more exposed the water is, the easiest. in theory, he is able to turn someone's blood, still inside of the person, into flowers. that, however would be really hard and energy consuming
