based off an old post-s3 fic I never finished where Billy stopped surfing after his mom left, picked up skateboarding, and now that he’s alive and camaro-less and still stuck in Hawkins, he spends his sleepless nights drinking while skateboarding across quiet country roads (and occasionally meeting up with a pretty boy to make eyes at).

so post s3 billy is SUPER self conscious about his ears because his hair is short and they’re exposed and kids used to call him dumbo and he’s already dealing with a lot of shit but now people can see his EARS.

and steve is in love right away, like always touching them, tugging and pulling at billy’s ears. especially when billy is sucking him off. yeah sure he could pull billy’s hair but his ears are right there and steve thinks they’re so fucking cute he really can’t help it.
