All right, theater kids. It’s been almost a year since everything shut down. I haven’t been to the theater in a whole year and 2021 is looking much like the same. So I’m putting up videos of some of my experiences as a theatergoer. I want to talk about theater, I want to inhale everyone else’s stories, but mostly, just want to connect to people who love what I love. One of my favorite more subtle moments that said a lot about Hank and Larry’s relationship was when they were sitting on the couch together and Larry would be rubbing Hank’s back or just doing something affectionate and nice and then Hank would pull away suddenly like, “Why is he being nice?” It was abrupt. I loved seeing it, though, because it was just part of that heated back and forth they always seemed to have.

And finally, of course, the final scene where Donald starts to go up the stairs while Hank and Larry are together in the bedroom but then he pauses and sits at the steps. I REALLY MISSED THAT AND I WISH IT WAS IN THE MOVIE. On second viewing, Donald glances up toward the stairs but he stays on the couch.
