Never in a million years did I ever think that finding a picture of five boys on “we heart it” turn into what it has. Thanks to these five boys I have been on countless adventures, made many friends and met so many from all over the country, and made lifelong memories that I will never forget. Boybands have always been a favorite of mine, I mean, I’m still obsessed with the Backstreet Boys (and finally met them in September), and One Direction has brought so much into my life that I can’t ever thank them enough. I never thought that I would see them nine different times, in multiple states. The first time I saw them they were the opening act for Big Time Rush, THE OPENING ACT! And the last time I saw them they were headlining their second STADIUM TOUR! They came so far in those five years and I am so happy that I was able to be on that journey as a fan. Whenever I would bring them up to anyone who wasn’t a fan, I would always get an eye roll or a groan at the fact that I was talking about them again. What these people didn’t realize is how much they meant to us as fans and what they brought into our lives. I will forever be thankful for these five boys who have given us pure entertainment along with amazing memories and friends ❤️ I’ve spent the day only listening and watching (while shedding some tears) forever grateful for this band.
