oh yeah, as a Dr. Bright rewrite im awesome and epic and all sorts of bright...hah....hahaha...
So, @everyonesfavoritepsychologynerd/@simoninthewater is really into those cryptid and elder god type things. So while writing Lore we DID integrate those parts into him, his name not actually being Lore, and He's generally an aquatic shapeshifter, mostly because his ideaist really like the Iron Lung game (you should ask him to show you his favorite GIF)
We'd decided that our LORE and Glass would be lovers, and, things happened, i did change the intro post and admittedly we didn't post our whole "feud" between the characters, mostly because Simon's been modding Tarn more and more recently, I haven't been too active because of my job. . . either way.
in terms of backstory LORE's intro post does well enough, physically however, he takes a lot of inspiration from SunnyClockwork's personnel art, his left eye is a black hole, and his eyes are usually red/orange when said black hole is shifted out of his form in favor for a human looking eye. we didn't want to make him TOO freakishly tall so we made him my height, 6'1-6'2ish. dark almost black red hair which was inspired by a hairstyle I had three years ago, it was a Korean wolf cut, I think.
LORE is Jewish, we made him Jewish, again, because of me. Simon wanted him to be Irish, funnily enough.
We called him lore because of Unfinished Business, but also because we found it funny, to have a Bright Rewrite being called lore, a synonym for Knowledge or Plot.
SCP 963 isn't necessarily a necklace or amulet, since its below his skin, but it is that pendant part. it does however have to be ritualistically bonded to the host's heart, maybe We'll write out the whole song and dance one day, We'll see.
