wait, am i hearing colour fade by funeral suits playing ? ━ i guess alvy maier, the thirty-two year old male just arrived for the fourth time. it’s known they are recognized as the criminal and no wonder as they are daring and cruel. they are often mistaken by max riemelt, but i hear they are keeping from everyone that he's a car thief. TRIGGER WARNINGS FOR CLOSETING, HOMOPHOBIA, AND MENTIONS OF MURDER/DRUGS
these bullets are going to be an absolute mess so bear with me, people. i get rambling and things get mixed up and i’m just generally the worst but i’m going to do my best to be as concise as i can be (which isn’t saying much)
so, onto the need-to-knows. alvy’s parents have been together his entire life like, he has a pretty good relationship with his mother but a pretty poor one with his dad? they both have a good relationship with each other though which has kinda made alvy bitter @ his mom in the past but he doesn’t actually blame her for the shitty way his dad treats him bc he doesn’t think she actually has seen it most of the time and also because she’s on a pedestal with which she can do no wrong rip.
his mom moved 2 andalusia btw a couple years ago but alvy was born & rasied in L.A./traveled between there & berlin his whole life. his dad still does business in L.A. and technically alvy lives there, but he comes to andalusia when he gets heat from the police and needs to wait for it to die down.
basically his dad is heavily involved in a criminal organization that has their fingers in an array of unsavory shit including narcotics, grand theft auto, and probably murder lol. cute, right?
alvy isn’t as involved as his dad, but he did learn everything he knows about car jacking from his old man. he pretty much started teaching him to be a criminal from the time he was very young and it’s all he really knows? he has sticky fingers for more than just vehicles — though those bring in the most money, for obvious reasons it’s dependent on him weighing the risk to the reward — and is quite the pick pocket.
his dad is kinda his biggest influence and he hammered a lot of shit into him including but not limited to: he has to be hetero, crying is for wimps, and also anything that isn’t nailed down is free to take rofl so needless to say that entire thing is very #problematic and has left alvy with some unhealthy and toxic behaviors
that being said, alvy is pansexual, not just because i can’t write a heterosexual character for the life of me, but because he just… isn’t fucking heterosexual? like he just isn’t. as much as his father wants him to be, he’s attracted to other genders, and that’s the way it is? he struggled a lot with it when he was a teenager, and he experiences a lot of self-loathing because of it STILL to this day. like he’s deeply closeted as well so people wouldn’t? know this about him unless he’s slept w u and u r not, in fact, female.
personality wise alvy is very volatile. he was taught to bury genuine emotions, and he does that by putting on the charm, though that usually falls short. he’s easy to have a grin on his face (fake ones, no doubt) and he also can be incredibly sarcastic and like…… blunt and brash? like he’s insensitive and doesn’t really give a fuck about whether or not he hurts other peoples’ feelings 95% of the time. there are certain exceptions to this but as a general rule you can probably expect him to be a bit of a dickwad. it’s not cute and it’s not cool and he’s very boring tbh he needs to get over himself.
on the other hand when he loves you and you have his loyalty, you REALLY have his loyalty. like it’s almost impossible to shake him. you could fucking murder someone and if alvy loves you, he’ll ask you if you want him to make the body disappear? like he just??? is so loyal and committed to the people he cares about. it’s getting past that outer layer of FUCK that’s the issue lol
he disappears from l.a. fairly often, though where he goes he’s never told any1 tbh. it’s mostly to do with the people he’s involved with and his thieving and all that, so it’s better if he just keeps it to himself for the safety of everyone kinda thing??? andalusia he only shows up in occasionally sO.
in l.a. he’s actually super involved in street racing too so make what you will of that i suppose.
he’s gonna be staying in adalusia a while this time since he’s got mad heat on him but also he finna find out his mom’s pretty sick so. :/
he likes to fuck around a lot but will generally not kiss and tell (particularly so when it involves someone who is not a woman y’know)
