IMPORTANT UPDATE!

We will be MOVING to a different venue space due to an issue with the Hilton. If you have booked a room, cancel it now and move your booking to our new hotel. (It is for around the same price).

The reason for the move?

Due to technical failings on the hotel's part, we were expected to pay an additional charge and we were unable to with the event in only a few days.

Out new location is the Hyatt Regency Boston (Accessible by the green, orange, and red from park street and the Blue line Via State)

So folks! due dates are approaching! Everything is due on October 31st!

This is for Games, masquerade, and any information you may need to send a head to any of our coordinators after being accepted. This does include Vendors ( our vendor coordinator looks like he’s been without sleep the last few days as he’s been staring at his email non stop. )

On a separate note. In addition to the book of origins being missing we seem to have now Noticed some Whirling noises around the city of Boston. It’s only slightly concerning but shouldn’t be problematic...... unless someone let loose the radioactive spiders again... that would be bad. 

Ladies and Gentlemen!!!! please remember that all our applications close in two weeks! if enough people do not apply we will have to cut many of our games from the convention! The only game that can be signed up for at the con is Cosplay war! We will not be accepting applications for Masquerade, Dating games, and the 18+ dating game at the convention!

Ladies and Gentlemen as I am sure you have all no doubt noticed the rather large changes that have been made this year. This includes everything from our website to our staff. This is because we want to make sure you all have a fun filled convention where everyone feels welcome.

We have a never before game and of course the dating games that will be run so long as you all buy tickets and apply. We can not run these games without you, our attendees.We want to see you at your goofiest, happiest, and most of all we want to see your creativity flourish on our stages!! No we aren’t genre specific about our characters, all we ask is that you cosplay a actual canon character to the universe you love and cherish for our games!

Our masquerade needs you, the fans that give this convention life, to enter in skits to perform. You don’t want to be judged in craftsmanship or performance? don’t worry about it you don’t have to be judged if you want to have fun on stage, it’s what we like to call a firework skit. We even allow OC characters into the craftsmanship portion of the masqurade however we require a drawing or patterning for your OC so we can compare your cosplay to your character’s image.
