sadly, neither the petition nor personal appeals addressed to the president had any real effect (and i’m still waiting for the day a man in uniform comes knocking on my door). in 60 days, the law will come into force, and anything that can be twisted into "propaganda" will be punished with fines or up to 40 days in prison. there are still no clear definitions of what LGBT propaganda even means, and I can’t stop thinking that my mere existence might already count as it.

for now, i must cease my gay activities... another soldier has fallen.
