general info

this story was sparked this past summer when I was recovering from a really bad period for my mental health and finally felt like I was able to write again. I wrote this whole little universe as something very fluffy and comforting, since that was what I needed at the time (and frankly, still need now lmao)

when I started, I had no idea this piece would expand into a whole interconnected web of works, but it's just been so lovely to live in this fictional space and it's given me a place to retreat to when I need it

funnily enough, all of this was started by me hanging some sheets on the line to dry this summer and thinking "wow, wouldn't it be nice to do this for armitage?" (y'know, because I have exceedingly Normal thoughts 😅) and then I started writing this fic later that day

the title comes from the taylor swift song of the same name (although if you're not a taylor fan, no worries, I mostly name my fics after songs because I'm not very good at coming up with titles 😅). I actually didn't write it with the song in mind, but when I was listening to it later, I was like "yes, these are excellent vibes for this story," so that's what I went with
