If Buck was wasted as you say, your claim of SA would be valid if Buck was passing out and incoherent and needed to be carried. He engaged Tommy well enough in conversation before asking him to come home with him. There was no slurring of speech, and it didn't look like he's ready to pass out. Buck is a grown ass man who only took a few shots. Aside from Eddie leaving, he also has been pining about Tommy when Eddie was there. Don't throw around accusations on a gay character just because you didn't like him dating Buck.

buck accidentally flirting with a man for an entire episode then being surprised when he gets kissed. proceeding to go on the entire next episode insisting he's an ally. accidentally coming out to his sister by dropping the wrong pronoun. accidentally coming out to everyone else by kissing his sooty boyfriend and coming into the room with evidence of the crime all over his face. every single step of this storyline has been the most in character it could possibly be.
