Last night I had a very confronting dream. I woke up in a pool of my own sweat, a face full of tears and I belined to the nearest bathroom where I just wanted to vomit. Everyone has skeletons in their closet, and sometimes they have a creative way of rearing their ugly head from time to time. Best to acknowledge, process and cary on. I got up this morning, I had my moments of reflection to myself and I went to the #gym. Pumping the iron is always that constant reasurrance of the strength it takes to overcome a 'challenge'. Physique and aesthetics is secondary; it always will be secondary. At the end I felt much better and I went home feeling a sense of victory, irrespecitve of the intense morning I had. It does not disregard the centre of the emotional, sociological or biological problem, but it does serve a #sollution, a #break, a way forward. On that note however, never disregard how you feel, to feel is to be human. There is a balancing act to play between being logical and emotional. If an emotion is present in your present?
