"It's ok Bastion, I'm not going to hurt either of you!" You called out, and he peeked through the leaves. Ganymede didn't move, but simply tilted his head in Bastion's direction and gave a short chirp. Bastion backed up and looked around for something, anything - and noticed a beautiful white flower near his foot. He picked it up and beeped excitedly before hopping over to you and Ganymede.

Bastion immediately handed the flower over to you, booping and chirping in what he felt was his most cheerful chords. Garymede chirped along, hoping you would catch on to their friendly proposition. You took the flower with a smile and thanked Bastion before placing it behind your ear for safe keeping. Bastion looked at the placement quizzingly, then back at you to determine if you would still like his company. When you smiled and motioned for Bastion to take a seat next to you, Bastion thought his circuits would explode. He excitedly seated himself, making a loud "thunk" as he met the ground.

From that point on, Bastion and Garymede could be found with you almost anywhere. Communication was a little difficult at first - but you quickly found yourself beginning to understand his and Garymede's various chimes, buzzes, and tweets. Before long, other Overwatch agents were asking for your translations when they needed to speak with Bastion.

Bastion wishes he could produce words so he could inform you just how much he appreciates your taking time to learn his way of communicating. And for being so patient when he struggled to understand what you were trying to say sometimes - he still doesn't fully understand the large variance in human gestures, slang, and dialect.

You could always count on Bastion helping you with your chores around the base, and was eager to tag along for target practice and combat training. Admittedly his favorite moments with you were just casual walks around and outside the base, whether you were telling Bastion stories or walking in silence.

Oh but does he love your stories. He has hardly seen or experienced the world thus far, and your descriptions of your childhood or places you've traveled absolutely mesmerize him. Living as a human seems so challenging yet exciting, and he never gets enough of your tales.

Sometimes when he sees pieces of news or media, he will gesture for you to recount whether or not you have experienced something similar.

The first time you tell him about a negative past experience, he becomes very flustered. Why are you so sad? Why has your voice changed to such a somber tone? He hadn't considered how negative past experiences would affect you just the same as your positive ones. Not knowing how to react the first time, he immediately runs off to find another flower for you since it worked so well the first time you sat together. Seeing it bring a smile to your face made Bastion take some internal notes - making his human friend go from sad to happy is one of his new favorite experiences.

After this, Bastion tries to discover what things make you sad. He starts to find other ways to cheer you up, like making silly noises or himself dizzy. One day he catches two other agents hugging one another, and the next time he catches you in a poor mood, he tries to hug you himself.

Ramattra was not necessarily hostile to you at first, but your being at the monastery as a human put him on edge.

He didn't go out of his way to have private conversations with you until he learns more about you through group conversations with Zenyatta, or by encouragement from Mondatta. If Mondatta and his brother trust you, he decides he might as well give you a chance.

It only takes a few one-on-one conversations and answered questions that Ramattra actually finds himself *fascinated* by you. So not all humans despise and distrust omnics? Some are actually quite... agreeable?

He doesn't initially think his feelings towards you are romantic, but he finds himself gravitating towards you whenever possible and seeks out your company

It starts with actions more so than words - he sits closer to you, eventually allowing your knees to touch when meditating. Makes sure to have a private meditation session with you daily. Insists on one-on-one martial arts practice. Then there are the gentle, light, almost phantom touches that always catch both of you off guard.

It takes time for anything to be said plainly, as Ramattra begins to question whether an omnic like him could possibly experience such feelings, such relationships. For someone confident in most things, this takes support and encouragement from you.

Once the wall is torn down he becomes much more forthcoming with his words and feelings. He makes sure to remind you how much he cares, but it's a mix between actions and words.

You both naturally develop a kind of silent communication - certain looks, touches, body language that both of you understand as a delicate statement of love and care.

No matter your skills, interests, or educational background, Ramattra values your thoughts and input. He especially loves sharing his inventions with you, and will let you tinker with things if you seem interested enough.

He wants to experience your hobbies as well. Love gardening? He's going to be right next to you planting flowers or pulling weeds. Writing poetry? He will read every one, might even try to write something himself.

The longer the relationship goes on, the more comfortable he becomes with touching you. Hand-holding becomes light touches on the small of your back, which becomes holding your waist, and eventually he finds himself completely wrapping you up in his embrace.

In fairness, he answers any questions you have for him.

Before you know it, you have both developed a daily routine of bringing one new question for each other, which normally leads to long discussions when you probably should be meditating. Learning about the world through another's words has to be a form of meditation anyway, right?

You do still of course have silent meditations together, and he greatly enjoys your company either way.

Meditation comes very naturally to Zenyatta, so if you ever seem to be struggling, he's quick to offer tips or even do a guided meditation. The more you get to know one another, the closer he gets to you during these meditations. Next thing you know you're meditating with your hands in his and his orbs are floating around each of you.

Zenyatta likes to be honest, even if the ways he says things is initially confusing. Many times he has told you how much he enjoys your company, but then one day his statements get more complicated and to you they sound like riddles. The truth is that Zenyatta knows the feelings he has for you are much more than platonic, but he's never actually felt them before let alone voiced them.

There must be a correct way to express these types of emotions to someone, right? Then one day you meet up and he doesn't have a question for you. In fact, he's oddly silent. You begin the meditation anyway, but it doesn't last long as he can't seem to keep his orbs in balance. They fall, clinking around you, and you stare at Zenyatta with worry on your face. He seems to almost take a long, unnecessary breath before saying your name quietly, like he's actually afraid you might hear him.

He squeezes your hands before speaking again. He explains that he has developed feelings for you that he doesn't quite have the words for. You reassure him that it's ok, and have a discussion with him that is like solving a puzzle. Eventually, you both understand and a relief washes over both of you as his orbs return to his neck. Perhaps a meditative walk would be better for today?

Still trying to sort through the emotions in the beginning, he shows his affections through hand-holding. He has a connection with you and he doesn't want you to ever doubt it. He loves holding your hand any chance he gets.

Slowly, his words of affirmation become more frequent until he is verbally expressing his love for you multiple times a day. He's not afraid to say "I love you," but he likes throwing out compliments too.

He always checks to make sure you're taking care of your basic needs. Are you sleeping well? Eating enough? Anything troubling your mind that you would like to talk about? If you're struggling with anything, he will do his best to find a solution or offer support.

After some time he is able to catch if something is off with you - but he will wait to see if you bring it up first before mentioning it.

Your physical affection sits patiently with hand holding until one day you hug him. He is caught off-guard, but immediately returns the gesture and leans into the moment. It's in this moment that he realizes just how much he loves the way your body feels against his. He begins asking for and offering hugs, and one day when neither of you wants to pull away, it turns into your first cuddle session. They become a regular occurrence.

The first time Zenyatta makes you laugh, it's like you have set his soul on fire. He adores the sound of your laugh, and does his best to make you laugh whenever possible.

Just like Ramattra, he gives omnic forehead kisses. The first time you kiss him, he asks if you could *please* do that more often. He likes to touch your cheek when you kiss him.

Likes to meditate on your bed when you sleep if you don't fall asleep on him during your cuddle session. He will put his orb of harmony on you to ensure you get the most peaceful sleep possible.

His protectiveness over you appears when it's needed most. If something is bothering you, you need only tell him and he will do his best to handle whatever that is.

He is very sensual but not in an explicitly sexual way. He loves to touch your hair, and if it's long enough he learns how to help you style it whatever way you like. He loves the softness of your lips and will sometimes interrupt you mid sentence to run his fingers over them. He hates to see you tense or sore and wants to massage you so he can *feel* the stress disappear. Enjoys just running his hands along your soft skin. Touching you is his form of sensory engagement meditation.

Zenyatta is wise beyond his years, but this doesn't mean he won't come to you for your insight. Your life experience is far different from his own, your viewpoint might be more informed.

His faceplate may hide expression, but you can tell he loves to look at you. On days where he feels more discord than usual, one look at you or your smile has potential to turn his whole day around. He hopes he has the same effect on you.

Is not afraid to tell other people he loves you. He loves talking you up as well. Same as Ramattra, he thinks of you as a very intelligent and gifted individual.

Zenyatta doesnt actually have many hobbies, so he quickly finds himself immersed in any you decide to share with him. He cherishes when you get to create or build together, and starts to suggest new hobbies just for the experience.
