The perfect couple - Broccoli & Mozzarella

I know it’s been a looong time and University/school has started so today I’m sharing a quick, easy AND healthy recipe that will help you regain your energy and fill your tummy with yummy! :D
If you know me at all by now, you know that I LOVE Broccoli! It’s the most delicious veggie of them all in my opinion!
So, here’s my quick and easy Broccoli - Mozzarella snack.
Ingredients: 1 Broccoli 1 Bouillon cube 1/2 Mozzarella cheese 1 TS Vinegar (I use apple-vinegar)
First cut your Broccoli into small florets. Boil the water and let the Bouillon cube dissolve in it. Throw the Broccoli florets into the water and let them cook for 2-3 minutes. Cut the Mozzarella into small pieces. Use a sieve to get the broccoli out of the water and add them into a bowl, together with the Mozzarella. If you like, add a tablespoon of vinegar. Enjoy!
