Facebook is my new bad place. IG, i mostly use to share music-related content to my stories, and to flirt with my lover by sending him reels. X is where I post random thoughts, and keep the tumblr spirit alive by mostly doing rexeets. reblogs, after all, is kinda all i did here before i left. Bsky is where i find the people I used to follow on x that thought bsky was a “better” option. I don’t think it is. None of social media is a better option.

all 401k jokes aside (my retirement plan is to d*e eventually), I’m basically pushing 40, an age where my place in any fandom or society in general feels like can only be one of quiet consumption. all aspects of the present that feed directly into the future belongs to generations younger than mine. The most I can hope for is to be looked at as one of the cooler older people that’s still wearing bright colors or some shit like that.

Anyway, good to see you all, hopefully it won’t be long before I’m back again.
