And here we go again. Being fine for a couple of weeks thinking you figured stuff out and suddenly it hits you. It feels like accidentally loading an old quick save losing all the progress you made. You are just the same exact person and feel the exact same like the last time when you were a depressed piece of shit.

If you can't relate don't bother talking to me about it. We are living in different worlds darling and I'd rather introduce no one into mine

After months if not years of recovery it took only a couple hours alone with my thoughts for me to break down again.
