Healthy Weightloss tips 🌸
~Eat all three meals and snacks during the day but in small portions and NO junk food.
~No less than 600 calories in a day or your metabolism will slow.
~Eat whenever you’re hungry but no empty calories, eat things like veggies and fruit for snacks.
~Drink a bottle/glass of water slowly with every meal.
~ Understand you will bloat from the water but this is Water weight and will leave when you pee and do light excersize.
~Weigh yourself every week or two weeks otherwise you won’t see much progress and it may unmotivate you.
~ Go for runs really early in the morning. This means hardly anyone will be around if you’re anxious about people seeing you run. This should also put you in a healthy mindset for the rest of the day.
~Instead of eating plain pieces of fruit, make fruit salads ( cut up lots of different fruits in a small bowl ) I usually have this for breakfast (apples, grapes, bananas, satsumas and strawberries.)
~ Do light excersize when watching tv or listening to music ( yoga, situps, jumping jacks, burpees, leg lifts etc.)
~ Don’t excersize on a full stomach (water or food) as you won’t be at your best performace and it can cause you to feel sick. Instead, something like an apple or banana and sips of water should be okay. Let food or water be your reward once you’ve excersized.
~Fasting really wont help much, especially if it leads to a binge. Instead, you can turn each meal into a very small portion of what it is, this will make sure your metabolism Isn’t slowed.
~ Don’t eat up to three hours before you sleep as this will slow digestion.
~Sip green tea around 15 minutes before a large meal as it will speed up your metabolism.
