Your strategy sounds quite effective.  So often depression can be this cyclical pattern of rumination, just an inability to focus on anything other than hopeless and/or self-hating thoughts.  Finding anything to upend the cycle can make a huge difference.  It’s much easier said than done, but finding some sort of passion to just delve into can make a world of difference.

Advertising agency Ogilvy, Hong Kong has brought back the "Hot & Spicy" campaign for KFC, this time it’s for the launch of the final season of GOT. 

British sculptor Alex Chinneck has unzipped the facade of a building in Milan for his first art installation in Italy. In collaboration with Philip Morris’ IQOS brand, Chinneck worked to playfully transform the building’s architecture. Using the chunky masonry that is typical of Italian architecture, Chinneck created the zipper and “peeled” back a layer of the building to reveal a glowing light that alternates between white and blue.
