Akantha is a pretty complex character and I’m extremely excited to see where this arc could lead her. With her coming into town during the humanity spell, feeling like she was too late to grant her biggest wish-- with Charlie potentially coaching her. Who knows where it could take her.

Well, I suppose learning how not to die is far from stupid if you think about it. I won’t pretend to know your adolescent struggle but I’m sure there are certain perks to being a vampire when in high school. Compel away your deadlines or whatever it is. I’m happy to hear your priorities lie with being smart. That will be a hard no to a corsage then, yes?

Compel? I can barely control myself around people, let alone... I don’t know what I’m doing, or what I’m capable of doing. I’m just trying to live a halfway decent life.

I’m here but I haven’t enrolled myself into the college yet. Maybe next semester? I have crashed the campus though because my bestie is there and can 100% confirm the cafeteria lasagna is excellent. You’re trying, I know. That’s all that matters. That’s everything. [ Laughs ] All fake, huh? You’re the expert youth here so I’ll take your word for it, Akantha.
