Anchordeep Cult Grounds or the "Pearl"
Ladies, Lords and Gentlethems, I finally tackled the damn BEAST! Please zoom in cause this bitch is full of details and my wrist hurts. Got so tired it turned wonky in places lol.
As the title says, this is what Godly Scars AU Anchordeep Cult Grounds looked like before the Lamb set everything on fire. It was the most grandious of all the bishops and, dare say, all other gods as well because when Kallamar wants to go all out, he DOES.
You can spot statues of him here and there, lots of colourful glasses, and it's easy to see why it was called Pearl. The architecture is a Frankenstein monster of styles I tried to copy, like Art Nouveau and Gothic.
Now I know you want more details; that is why I have also made THIS! (Imagine me pulling out the map like Yzma with the dagger in The Emperor's New Groove while I say it)
Kallamar's Palace - Needless to state the obvious. He lives there with his spouses and disciples, along with servants and the staff needed to fulfil his wishes. He invited the other gods over to the most splendid ballrooms, sparing no expenses. Plenty of space for his siblings, if they bothered staying over... Temple of Pestilence - Also known as "the throne of Pestilence", the main temple and the core of the faith. Decorated to resemble the depths of the ocean, illuminated only by the glow of thousands of crystals. Kallamar himself held the sermons here before the binding. The Faithful's Quarters - The most important families live here. A cluster of the richest and most powerful Anchordeepians, yet not disciple material. Watchtowers and barracks - Anything military goes on here. The General and his officers run the place like clockwork. It includes a military academy, lodgings and training grounds. Trading houses - The best, most expensive shops are here. Jewellery, designer clothing and accessories: anything any Anchordeepian could dream of... and seldom afford. Artists Quarter - An entire chunk of the Cult Grounds dedicated to any form of art. It includes academies, galleries, small theatres, and lodgings for itinerant performers. One of Kallamar's favourite places to spend his free time. Museum of Fine Arts and Opera House - One next to the other, they are the ultimate achievement for artists. Only the best perform there, and they have the chance to shine in front of their God. (like Haby :D) Botanical Garden - Otherwise known as Leshy's playground. When he was still a small wormling, Kallamar had a few houses torn down to make space for a garden where his youngest brother could have fun and practice his powers. Sadly, Leshy stopped visiting, and the garden became a public place for residents to enjoy. A place Kallamar still visit when he feels nostalgic. Hospital grounds - A massive statue of the God of Health opens his arms to the afflicted and welcomes them to the most advanced medical facility that the old faith has ever seen. It includes the Medical Academy, Pharmacies, and Research Laboratories. Residential Area - Lucky residents to live in the pulsing heart of Anchordeep, right at the doorstep of their god. They are the pedigreed, the talented, the special who rose above the rabble. Main Gate and Shrine - The gold statue of the god greets whoever feels worthy of standing so close to divinity. The gates are heavily controlled, and the faithful can also pray and leave offerings to His Grace. People from the Coral Reef farms often pray there for health. Fortified Walls - They are not as good as what you would see in Silk Cradle, but they have an aura of intimidation of their own. Patrolled and controlled at all times by the army.
This is all I've got on Anchordeep right now... You can also consult this other shitty map I made for more general info.
I also want to say THANK YOU to ANON:
If it weren't for you, I wouldn't have ever done this map.
Thank you, I hated it! /lh
I really hope this whole thing answers your question! Have a great week đ
