// Like someone put a cold iron anchor into her gut. Aislinn has a good heart, so she’s sensitive and gonna feel quite a bit of guilt in her life. Being emotionally abused by her siblings made her apologetic as all get-out, and sometimes they made her feel like every fight they had was her fault. And she’s autistic, so they also often asked her for favors. (Nothing illegal! Just to grab them things like their phones if they were far away, a drink of water…which she was fine to do, but sometimes she felt she got called every ten minutes by two or three people in her house. She grew up in a house of five.) Sometimes minor ones that she had nothing to do with. And she’d get overwhelmed with everyone talking at her at once, driving her into sensory overload and meltdowns. Her parents defended her yes, and her siblings still care about her, but this girl’s been damaged right to her core. So she struggles with giving herself grace and credit in season 1, and during events of season 2. Feeling guilty for not being sure whether to tell Charlie of Vaggi’s plan or not (Yes, she was in on it. Reluctantly, but yes. And she heavily regretted it when it went wrong.), feeling guilty for not speaking up sooner or defending Lucifer better…and worst of all, when Charlie, her best friend in Hell and big sister figure, lashed out at her and said her help only caused problems. And when she finally snapped back. And called her a demon in anger and fear…

HELLUVA BOSS CROSSOVER BIO/RELATIONSHIPS FOR AIS.

Christ on a stick! Eventually, after meeting Charlie and the gang and becoming friends with the folks over at the ‘Hash Brown Motel’, Aislinn encounters not only the imp responsible for her coming to Hell and meeting Charlie in the first place, but his team of assassins and even Stolas of the Ars Goetia himself! (Takes place after Dad Beat Dad, and goes on up two days before Extermination Day before Adam smashes her first crystal. Fuck you Adam, for that.) Now friends with the members of IMP and a member of Goetia royalty, the human gets caught up in their chaos and adventures as well. She’s in for one hell of a ride from that helluva boss…!

One day, while exploring more of the Pride Ring, Aislinn had decided to check out Imp City, an area near Pentagram City where many of the hellborn imps resided. A girl’s gotta get familiar, so she knows her way around in tight spots! She sees that she was stared at by the inhabitants; No doubt Voxtech’s reports of her being Hell’s Human have reached here too. Man, she couldn’t escape being recognized in Hell no matter what she did. While passing by a coffee shop, she sees an unusual looking imp being tossed on his face for complaining about the service, cursing like a sailor. Naturally, in kindness, the human helps the disgruntled imp up and asks if he was okay, to which he brushes it off and assures her he was fine. He only pauses in his words when they lock eyes, him being surprised someone from the human world was standing in front of him in Hell. And it wasn’t one he’d been hired to kill! He was rather tall for an imp, and wore some kind of harlequin business suit.

It was only then that seeing his tail jogged Aislinn’s memory; How it had vanished into the portal she’d peered into…Holy shit. HE was the reason she and Charlie had met! No doubt it was done by him having Stolas’ grimoire at the time. (Per their little arrangement.)

Instead of being scared and repulsed, however…the human embraces him? And thanks him for it?! Perhaps she wasn’t aware of his business and the details of what he did for a living. Realizing who she was too, Blitz decided to befriend her to help promote IMP more. Promotion from the princess’ human bestie would bring in a fuck ton of more clients!

What he didn’t expect, however, was actually becoming friends with the human for real over time.

So, convinced Blitz was using his services for the greater good on Earth (She actually had a feeling he was fibbing, but she went with it. After all, it was because of him he met Charlie. And he seemed funny, and he had a good heart underneath all that gusto. She just knew!), Aislinn created posters with her drawings for IMP, handed out flyers to other demons, did a cover song of their jingle (Which she found catchy, despite Moxxie’s disliking the song.), and so forth. She assumed Charlie and the gang knew of them already too, so she decides to keep these activities separate from her helping out at the hotel.

And thus, she had become friends with The Immediate Murder Professionals!

As for how she meets Stolas, well…that is a separate matter entirely.

While heading back to the hotel (And choosing to cut through there to avoid demon paparazzi. Those damn parasites.) Aislinn finds herself in the area where the Goetia, with their grand palaces and rich estates, fancy streets and large gardens, resided in the Pride Ring. She drew the attention of a few of the residents as she walked by them, some surprised and intrigued, others appalled and even disgusted at her presence. The human had a bit to learn about Hell’s hierarchy, but she got the point that some of the royals here saw her as a peasant, or dirt beneath their feet…Totally different from how Charlie and Lucifer treated her.

Only one Goetia showed no malice upon seeing her: Stolas, the owl prince.

While passing his mansion, she saw him tending to his many exotic plants in his garden, and found herself curious. She smiled at all the lovely flower breeds, and one of the more vicious ones, after sniffing her foot (Aislinn had flinched and gave a small yell of fear.), gave her a smile. After hesitating, she pets its head, making it purr.

Stolas, at hearing her yell, looks up and sees her petting his carnivorous plant with such kindness. When their eyes met, Aislinn immediately straightened, looking embarrassed and apologizing. The owl simply gave her a warm smile, saying his plant liked her and sensed the good in her. He invited her in, introducing himself with a gracious bow. They began to talk about plants (While he shows her how to feed them. She was a natural, as he put it to her, which made her blush humbly.) and of each other’s endeavors, with Aislinn mentioning her friendship with Charlie, which delighted the prince. Aislinn, losing track of time, apologized to Stolas and said she had to be on her way. The owl understands, and invites her to come into his palace for tea the next time she visits. Aislinn happily agrees.

However, Andrealphus, having noticed his sister’s irksome husband befriending the human, flicks a snowflake in her direction (Giving her the cold shoulder indeed. If there was one thing he and Stella hated, it was when he found happiness in something.), and comes to try and dissuade her from associating with him, as well as insult Stolas for lowering himself to talk to live humans now. And bringing up his and Blitz’ affair. The human refuses, insulting the prissy peacock and defending Stolas, saying a certain princess wanted her dress back…Before the icy bird can retaliate with either cold words or a minor frosty assault with his powers, Stolas steps in and stands up to him calmly, offering Aislinn to walk her back to the Hazbin Hotel, giving a little snarky response himself to his brother in law (He’d said there were too many Goetia who lacked manners ahead for her to encounter alone, taking a stab at Andrealphus and saying she’d already dealt with one pompous prick already and that was enough.) which he seethed at. Aislinn smiled, gladly accepting the offer.

And that was the start of her dear friendship with the owl prince.
