say what you will about bbc Merlin but Angel Coulby was the most inspired casting for Guinevere that we will ever see. nobody can radiate such genuine beauty and kindness of heart like Angel Coulby’s Guinevere. For the rest of my life whenever I encounter an adaptation of any Arthurian story with someone else playing Guinevere part of me will always be thinking “well, she’s no Angel Coulby…” I may be a lesbian but that’s not the point here. don’t worry about it.
