Honestly I think a lot of us are in such a rush to become that perfect version of ourselves, that were overloading our mind. Attack ONE issue at a time. You’re trying to heal trauma, work on 10 differant aspects of your personality, get your dating life together, all at once. Stop yo. Focus on one thing at a time. It takes longer when your dividing your mind & time among 5 things then to primarily focus on one task.

Stop apologizing for everything. Stop apologizing for taking selfies, for listening to your body, for resting, for not going out tonight because you’d rather spend time at home recharging, for not being perfect, for taking up space. Stop apologizing for your very existence. You deserve to be here. Do whatever it is that you need to do to be happy or maybe even just to survive today, celebrate yourself, love yourself, be kind to yourself and others, and be 100% unapologetically yourself. You are strong, you are worthy, you are enough.
