lift your lie

That big guy up there? That’s my daddy. Back when everything was great and everyone was happy. This weekend is going to begin the hardest time in my life, as my family and I prepare to say goodbye to the man above. He went into cardiac arrest while at the hospital and we’ve been told that he isn’t going to wake up. Now we knew it was a possibility, life is not like a movie and we knew that there was a chance we wouldn’t get the happy ending that we wanted where he came out of this unscathed. But what we want to do is give him a proper send off. A real goodbye that’s worthy of the amazing man that we’ve known all of our lives. The problem is, we can barely afford to keep outselves afloat, much less all the costs that will be barraging us in the coming months. I’m not asking for millions here, just whatever you can spare so we can give our dad the memorial that he deserved. He touched so many lives and made everyone he met a better person in one way or another. So please….anything you donate would help so much. And if you’d wish to remain anonymous then by all means, but if you decide to leave your name, or perhaps your tumblr, I will make sure to thank you personally in some way shape or form.
