it happened while i wasn't paying attention, but over the past 15-ish years, people have pretty much entirely stopped putting bumper stickers on their cars. i pretty much never see them anymore, and when i do, it's a magnet with the acronym for a beach they visited, or a small decal of whatever university they/one of their kids went to. gone are the days of those big, brightly colored rectangles that say something like "BITCH ON BOARD" in boldface font.

not true for me. i got some locals with “to punish and enslave…” yeah. also “bro, god is first” and “always looking to get a load off!”
