Happy Valentine’s Day! To everyone but especially to the most lovely couple I know. My most favorite couple in the world, as you all know. Behold: The Ultimate Elaia Fluff! This was a concept I’ve been wanting to do forever and finally just got up and went for it! Introducing the Elaia family. A papa bear Elias, mama bear Laia, and their twins(?) Nothing but the best for the greatest couple of all time 🥺♥️ What would you guys name the happy couple’s kids?

This is a Musa Of Adisa appreciation post! I love him so much and can’t believe how underrated he is! He deserves more hype, attention, and content! Best AEITA side character there is! I miss him and fate is cruel for not giving him more screen time. But he still managed to steal the show anyway - king like behavior 😏💅 🔥 🔥 🔥 Here’s to also more Musa fanart in the future, sure to come!

To celebrate my birthday here’s a new Elias and Laia fanart! I’m sure it’s no surprise to anyone that I still miss my babies 🥺♥️ And nothing would be a better present or make me happier than seeing more of these two! It’s been 5 years and they are still the best couple to ever exist. I mean they did invent love and soulmates so it makes sense, no?😌😏 I haven’t even picked up another book since I finished their story cause no other book or couple can compare 😞 💕

“Elias bows his head, and Musa waits patiently as I devour the moon cake. The second I’m done, he takes my hand and pulls me close.

Very close.

“This is a bit inappropriate.” I glance up at him and find myself slightly breathless.

“Do you like it?” Musa arches a fine, dark eyebrow. Surprised, I consider his question.

“Yes,” I say.

He shrugs. “Then who cares.”

One of my favorite things to come out of A Sky Beyond the Storm is these two’s dynamic. I especially adore Musa in particular. He’s absolutely perfect and in every way. Aside from Elias and Laia he’s definitely my fave! Here’s to wishing and hoping for somehow in someway we can get some more of him! Cause he’s severely underrated 😔 ♥️

A lot of people are upset about the deaths in the ember in the ashes series and calling them unnecessary or for shock value but Helene said herself in a war there are meaningless deaths. The writer of another series once said if their readers were upset by all the deaths in the war in their books then remember that’s what war does and when given the chance to vote on a war remember that feeling and choose wisely.

I’m not sure if this is actually all that unpopular, but it seems like I might be in the minority here. (This is about character death, but will not mention names or even how their deaths happened, so if you don’t want spoilers, now you know).

The deaths in Sky Beyond the Storm were good … like, devastating, but not pointless. These books center a lot around the danger and beauty of love, how it heals and hurts. It can be romantic, or familial, but it’s a very powerful thing. Sometimes love leads people to do things that get them killed, but that doesn’t cheapen their lives, nor your love for them. Nothing that these characters have been through is lessened by their deaths, because love made their lives worth it.

While it hurts to read about characters that I adore dying, at least those endings make me feel something real. 

I have a hard time caring about books that have purely happy endings where no one dies. Mostly because, a lot of these stories claim that lives are at stake, and that death is a real threat. But then all of the main cast makes it out just fine and its like the book lied to me.

Some new Elaia fanart! I’ve been feeling very down nowadays but these two always find a way to make me feel at least a little bit better. They are my favorite comfort ship for a reason. Can never express my gratitude enough about how these two exist. Can’t help but love them forever ♥️❤️

I don’t mind Helvitas’s ending in A Sky Beyond The Storm. Their relationship always made me uncomfortable considering the first time they meet is him beating her and beating her so bad her father cried upon seeing her. Helene was even so traumatized by it that when Avitas so much as moved his hands she would flinch. Then as time progresses he never brings it up again. Never apologizes. Never sits down and talks about it with her. Granted that still wouldn’t magically make everything okay. I’d still find it very problematic but at the very least it still should’ve been acknowledged. That’s not to say he’s a bad guy. As all masks had to do horrific things in their life. So I don’t think Avitas is evil or anything like that. I actually think as a friend he’s fantastic. I do not hate him. He’s done many good things and has has been there through some of the roughest times to help out and battle through. He clearly is kind and does believe in the cause he’s helping.  It’s just this concept of their relationship is not okay to me. As well as the fact that the reason she caught his eye in the first place was because he realized that she was close to his brother so that peaked his intrigue. They just started off on the worst foot that I can’t look past it. It feels wrong to romanticize a relationship that had started with trauma and assault and try to pass it off as okay cause he ends up deciding to team up with her and be nice to her afterwards.

Its very triggering actually.

It’s just a very sensitive topic for me.

I'm finally done! I really wanted to do something big for A Sky Beyond the Storm even though this is being posted two months after it's release 😅 I hope you like it!
